Seven Restorative Effects of Integrating The Unchurched to Our Groups

We Practice Acceptance
...accept each other just as Christ has accepted you so that God will be given glory — Romans 15:7
We Find Strength in Unity
Make every effort to keep yourselves united in the Spirit, binding yourselves together with peace — Ephesians 4:3
We Carry Each Other’s Burdens (instead of Weight)
Share each other’s burdens, and in this way obey the law of Christ — Galatians 6:2
We Enjoy His Presence together
For where two or three gather together as my followers, I am there among them — Matthew 18:20
We Learn to Encourage
So encourage each other and build each other up, just as you are already doing — 1 Thessalonians 5:11
We Feel The Joy of Inviting
I was glad when they said to me, “Let us go to the house of the Lord” — Psalm 122:1
We are Renewed Together
...anyone who belongs to Christ has become a new person. The old life is gone; a new life has begun! — 2 Corinthians 5:17
Discuss with the group: What specific action can you take this week to integrate someone into the group?
Dismiss the meeting with a victory cry of “Gloria a Dios” [Glory to God] at the count of three.
Sunday
THE LORD’S SUPPER
Testimony: A sister in our group was experiencing financial difficulties. After praying, God used a person to give her well-stocked and useful merchandise. Now she is one of our leaders. Glory to God (Leader Rosa Caballero).
-
WE TRAIN: Restorative effects of integration (7 of 7) - https://youtu.be/wzH5hgTYVpE?si=jGuGNU2Xy7Dk_oQK
-
WE THANK GOD for new beginnings and for every new member who embraced their new identity in Christ.
-
THE LORD’S SUPPER: Take a moment to “examine yourselves”/repent. READ 1 Corinthians 10:16,17 (as we partake of the bread and cup): When we bless the cup at the Lord’s Table, aren’t we sharing in the blood of Christ? And when we break the bread, aren’t we sharing in the body of Christ? And though we are many, we all eat from one loaf of bread, showing that we are one body.
-
WE ACT:
Read Deuteronomy 4-6; Mark 11
Donate: God overflows His blessings in us when we give: “Give, and you will receive. Your gift will return to you in full—pressed down, shaken together to make room for more, running over, and poured into your lap. The amount you give will determine the amount you get back” (Luke 6:38). To give, go to: https://en.comunionet.com/donar
Dismiss the meeting with a victory cry of “Gloria a Dios” [Glory to God] at the count of three.
