MENTORING MEETING. After praying, WE REVIEW these notes together:
Seven Personal Benefits of Aiming to Know the Entire Bible
(Based on 2 Timothy 3:15-17)
1- KNOWING THE ENTIRE BIBLE MAKES YOU A WISE PERSON
You have been taught the holy Scriptures from childhood, and they have given you the wisdom to receive the salvation that comes by trusting in Christ Jesus (v.15).
2– KNOWING THE BIBLE PROVIDES THE TOOLS FOR LIVING
All Scripture is inspired by God and is useful to teach us what is true and to make us realize what is wrong in our lives. It corrects us when we are wrong and teaches us to do what is right (v. 16).
3- KNOWING THE BIBLE EDUCATES YOU AND MAKES YOU A GOOD MENTOR
According to v. 16, all Scripture is useful for teaching.
4- KNOWING THE BIBLE DISSUADES YOU FROM SIN AND HELPS YOU PERSUADE OTHERS
According to v.16, all Scripture is useful for rebuking.
5- KNOWING THE BIBLE CORRECTS YOU AND HELPS YOU CORRECT OTHERS
According to v. 16, all Scripture is useful for correcting.
6- KNOWING THE BIBLE MAKES YOU A JUST PERSON WHO CAN INSTRUCT OTHERS IN JUSTICE
According to v.16, all Scripture is useful for training in righteousness.
7- KNOWING THE BIBLE PREPARES AND EMPOWERS YOU TO SERVE
God uses it to prepare and equip his people to do every good work (v. 17).
Discuss with the group: In your experience of Bible reading, what aspects of your life have improved? Can you tell a testimony of transformation through the Word of God?
Dismiss the meeting with a victory cry of “Gloria a Dios” [Glory to God] at the count of three.
Sunday
THE LORD’S SUPPER
Testimony: We prayed for the sister of one of our participants, who had hit someone with her motorcycle. Everything turned out well. Glory to God (María Mabel Cárdenas).

-
WE THANK GOD that we are powerful in Christ to do good works // Let’s continue to pray for Venezuela.
-
THE LORD’S SUPPER: Take a moment to “examine yourselves”/repent. READ 1 Corinthians 11:23-26 (as we partake of the bread and cup): ...The Lord Jesus, on the night he was betrayed, took bread, and when he had given thanks, he broke it and said, “This is my body, which is for you; do this in remembrance of me.” In the same way… he took the cup, saying, “This cup is the new covenant in my blood; do this, whenever you drink it, in remembrance of me.” For whenever you eat this bread and drink this cup, you proclaim the Lord’s death until he comes.
-
WE ACT:
Read Psalms 4-6
Donate: God gives us the seed, and when we give what He has given us, He multiplies it much more: "For God is the one who provides seed for the farmer and then bread to eat. In the same way, he will provide and increase your resources and then produce a great harvest of generosity in you” (2 Corinthians 9:10). To give, go to: https://en.comunionet.com/donar
Dismiss the meeting with a victory cry of “Gloria a Dios” [Glory to God] at the count of three.
